You can request a return for any item purchased on emblemm.com within 14 days from delivery.

If you wish to return an item, please download our Return Form, print it, fill it in and put it in the parcel with the items you wish to return.

Please ship the parcel back to the address it was delivered from.

• The items must be in their original condition (not worn, washed, modified or damaged in any way), with all tags attached and including any accessories or dedicated packaging
• Customised items cannot be returned or exchanged
• Please note shipping fees are not refunded

Once we have verified your return, you will receive an email confirming if it has been accepted. Please allow between 3 and 7 working days for this process from the date the return was delivered to us.

Refunds can only be issued to the same payment method used for the order.

The time necessary for the refund to show in your account will depend on banking procedures and on the payment method.

Credit/debit card and ApplePay: the refund should be visible in your account in approximately 7 working days from when you receive our return acceptance email.

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the Return Process and once refunded, order the new item of your choice.
